New of the cause of the Kakhovka dam breach has emerged.

Seismic signals recorded in Bukovina, Romania, 620km (372 miles) away from Nova Kakhovka, indicate an explosion took place at 02:54 on Tuesday.

Norsar, the Norwegian Seismic Array which analysed the signals, says the timing and location coincide with the collapse of the dam.

I heard that Norwegian scientists invented hot water, this is another proof of their dedication and persistence,it wouldn't be bad if they were given a few nobels, at least 2 or 3, they were also given for bigger stupidities, so maybe for this too, at the end of the day, this is also against the Russians. They didn't manage to "hang up" a bit the Chinese ,then they would already been nominated

Gosh! How can people believe that?
The destruction of the Dam – as they said, controlled by Russia – would affect the territories controlled by Russia and the water source of Cremeia. Why on Earth! Russia would jeopardize its on water resources? This is completely idiotic. The BBC is a propagandist of NATO and the US. This is ridiculous!

Is it necessary to research who did it? Russia already mined it last year and has controlled the entire area of the dam, the Ukrainians hardly "secretly" moved the explosives inside the dam and adjusted the water level to record levels. The only ones who have been able to do this are the Russians, who control that area effectively. Also, the fact that the foundations of the dam are scattered means that it has been blown up from the inside.

The answer is stop the war. The western countries which is Nato don't want peace. This is why they supply tons od wepons. Russia said let negotiate. So what we want from Russia? A peace? You punch the guy into face and expect something like peace? How they make peace if we supply all kind of wepons and killing Russian. They get what they deserve what they did to Russia. In my observation Nato wants to take over Russia and take their recources just like they were doing in colonies. After Russia they will try to take China. Nato wants to be a big bos and controll all countries. This is the plan. Nato ships already patroling South China sea.

Lets think a second about this dam explosion. The dam is in Russian occupied territory. The dam controls riverways that if flooded would slow Ukraine attacking this area. There is nothing the Russians won't do to cause suffering to locals even if there are Russians in the area. Russia is desperate to stop losing this war.
I don't think you need a rocket scientist to figure this out. Unfortunately the fog of war will keep the facts from coming out until after Russia is defeated and sent packing. art

Shops looted as German cost of living protests turn violent | BBC News

Published

on

Rioters looted shops in central Frankfurt late on Saturday as clashes erupted in German cities over the cost of living.

There were also incidents of violence in Berlin, Cologne and Hamburg, with police saying they used water cannon to disperse protesters targeting emergency workers with fireworks, stones and bottles.

Thousands joined largely peaceful demonstrations earlier in the day, organised by the campaign group Gen Z regelt, to protest against underfunding in schools, the high cost of living, public spending cuts and military service.

The unrest in Germany follows similar youth-led mass protests in France, where more than 320,000 people also demonstrated on Saturday.

How close is England to running out of water? | BBC News

Published

on

Parts of England are in severe drought, with some reservoirs falling to record lows after the hottest summer on record.

Water restrictions like hosepipe bans have been widely introduced in parts of the country.

The UK government said more than £100bn is being invested in water infrastructure, with nine new reservoirs in the pipeline.

But, as droughts are expected to become more frequent and intense, questions are being asked about the long-term resilience of our water supply.
