UAE implicated in lethal drone strike in Libya [FULL Documentary] – @BBCAfrica
The BBC has uncovered new evidence that a drone operated by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) killed 26 unarmed cadets at a military academy in Libya’s capital Tripoli in January 2020.
At the time of the strike on 4 January, Tripoli was under siege by the self-styled Libyan National Army (LNA).
It has denied responsibility for the attack and suggested the cadets had been killed by local shelling.
But evidence indicates the cadets were hit by a Chinese Blue Arrow 7 missile.
This was fired by a drone called the Wing Loong II and the investigation by BBC Africa Eye and BBC Arabic Documentaries also found evidence that, at the time of the strike, Wing Loong II drones were only operating from one Libyan air base – al-Khadim – and that the UAE supplied and operated the drones that were stationed there.

The US said it has hit “dozens” of Iranian military targets in overnight attacks, in response to Iran hitting commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz.
The military said it struck “air-defense systems, coastal radar sites, missile and drone capabilities, and small boats”, using aircraft, ships, and drones – including “one-way attack sea drones for the first time”.
“The Strait of Hormuz is a vital maritime corridor for global trade,” the US military said. “Iran does not control it”.
In response, Iran said it targeted US bases in Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait and also radar systems in Oman.

President Donald Trump has said the US is reinstating a naval blockade of Iranian ports and will impose a 20% charge on all cargo shipped through the Strait of Hormuz following days of escalating strikes between the two countries.
He said this would stop “Iran’s ships or customers” from entering or leaving the key oil shipping route, but “all other countries will have fair and open use of the Strait”.
Iran’s foreign minister later said whoever provides safe passage “should be compensated for this service”, but Iran would remain the strait’s “GUARDIAN” – using Trump’s word.
Tehran and Washington clashed over the strait’s control after exchanging strikes in the region overnight and on Monday.
The US said it carried out strikes against military targets in Iran, targeting air defence systems, coastal radars, and missile and drone sites. Iran said it responded by striking US military bases in Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain, and radars in Oman.

Explosions have been heard near two Iranian port cities, Bandar Abbas and Bushehr, state media has reported.
It comes after another night of strikes between the US and Iran, with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps saying it hit two UAE tankers in the Strait of Hormuz and targeted US facilities in Jordan and Bahrain.
The UAE called the attack “brazen”, adding that an Indian crew member was killed and eight others were injured.
Meanwhile, the US military says it completed strikes on targets aimed at degrading “Iran’s ability to attack commercial shipping” – Iranian state media reports three people were killed.

The US military said it was carrying out a new wave of strikes on targets in Iran. It said the aim of the attacks was to degrade Iran’s ability to attack shipping in the strait of Hormuz. It came ass the US Navy resumed its blockade of Iran’s ports.
Iran said that control of the strait of Hormuz was required for its national security and it will exercise sovereignty over the key shipping lane, whatever the cost.
President Trump announced that he was scrapping a plan he had announced a day earlier, for placing a 20% toll or tariff on all cargos passing through the strait of Hormuz.

how can they not detect a drone coming? as far as I know the GNA militia has a Turkish-made radar and Turkey-made short-range missile defense , and btw I just found out that the drone made in China (Wingloong II) is very deadly and not inferior to the US-made MQ-9 Repear

This explanatory-statement in which we mentioned challenging points was issued by the date March five, while what they call it coronavirus did not yet invade except china and Iran, as for countries of the whole world it shook them a great shake before it came to them and invade them. The question that comes up: is it truly that Allah ratified His servant and khalifa of His by the challenge with truth upon the actual reality? That’s in order for the entire decision makers in the entire countries of humans and their people to know that we are indeed truthful, and that the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni truly knows from Allah what they entire humans did not know for the fact Allah granted him knowledge of the Book the grand Quran. O community of the worlds, I am not a madman to announce points of the challenge before this helplessness of yours randomly out of myself, far from, very far.. Indeed, by Lord of the earth and heavens, I know that in Allah’s Book the grand Quran, and I only name it with what you call it coronavirus for the word search in the world wide internet.”

If the arrogant ones turned away from this supplication-prayer, it is then — Oh community of supporters, know that Allah by no means and He would never answer your supplication-prayer by lifting the suffocating chastisement of Allah away from the criminals among the worlds, that’s according to my knowledge in the Book that if Allah lifts it away from the world by His mercy without them know that it is a ratification sign to who Allah selected him for the people as an Imam (leader), khalifa of Allah and His servant the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad, and I repeat and I mention that if He removes it without them know that it is from signs of ratification for His khalifa Al- Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni verily they will persist in their inordinacy, blindly wandering on, so they would continue turning away from following Allah’s caller and khalifa of His Nasser Mohammad. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And if We show mercy to them and remove the distress they have, they would persist in their inordinacy, blindly wandering on.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mu´minoon] 23:75”
