Pricing seems in comparison to London – I really felt that with the cake one when they started saying £3 a slice at coffee shops 😅😬 outside of London is about 1.90-2.10 a slice at a quality coffee shop so it’s a struggle to justify £15 when you’d be spending about £8 maximum down the road and would be able to choose flavours/types of cake yourself

I find it so confusing that they think it's weird to buy cake?? Especially all of those, which were just loaf slices or bars you could buy in a cafe with a cup of tea or coffee, nothing fancy at all.

I don't understand the spice/recipe subscription. You are forced to make what they want you to make, and the only help they give is to provide the spices. Why not skim some cook books to find stuff you choose to make and just add the spices indicated in the recipe.

Cheese clubs in the US are outrageous in their prices so that cheese club was a fantastic buy. The spices were very intriguing. The shake thing was absolute rubbish – a bit of Strawberry Quick, a dash of sauce, a couple white chocolate chips and a couple cookies for £13. 3 months for a total of £6 of ingredients and a £3 glass for £40 what a rip off. Since I’m viewing this 11 mo later, I’m betting the shake club is out of business.

what do you mean if it arrives while you are t work ? the postman just leaves it at your door ? are you expected to still find it there i mean it becomes free cheese on the street(on the basis that the fromt porch of a terraced house if not owned by you since private land has to be fenced to be considered private in the face of the law)

That Freakshake thing's terrible, you get a small pack of biscuits, chocolate buttons and a bit of powdered milkshake, where you provide 3/4 of it yourself. Comes with a "recipe" for a milkshake lol
