Wow, there'sa a whole lot of stupid from Grimes and whoever the GBeebies presenter is.. Eco-tariffs are a tiny part of anyone's expenses. But, Brexit has added far more cost, eg devaluing the pound by 20%, blocks in Dover and raised fuel costs have added to food prices, a lack of housing has added to rent…

A grant of up to £5000 for those who qualify (from taxes) will NOT buy you a heat pump and all that goes with it. A modern new build is one thing, but an old house will need a complete new heating system, pipes, radiators, underfloor heating etc which would cost tens of thousands of ££££££ to buy and install.

“Follow the science” but the UK government and the environmentalist say were just going to go full electric. Everything you buy cost more because of the cost of electric and Diesel, its all distributed and transported by trucks, boats, planes and trains.

I went to a job last year, old lady in a small bungalow and she had a heat pump, the house would not get any warhammer than 18°c, It was costing her < £8 a day to heat her home. We need energy independence, we need cheap and affordable energy.

By the way, heat pumps are not suitable for 90% of UK housing stock without many thousands spent first on retro fitting insulation. Jeff is a complete tool!

They can stick net zero where the sun don't shine. Please view the 15th International Conference on Climate Change, on YouTube, it will open your eyes to the truth. The nonsense being peddled by UN, IPCC, and the WEF is a disgrace. They have distorted data to support their narrative and been caught out. Please share this. CO2 peaked in the Cambrian era rising from 4000ppm to 7000ppm and back down to 4000 again before the next ice age started when it plummeted to a low level. That lasted 20 million years and then it rose again and was knocked down by the next ice age. Outside of ice ages its never been below 2000ppm and life has thrived. My point being there is no need to cut carbon emissions.
