Ukraine: Wagner announce Bakhmut withdrawal – BBC News
Prime Minister Andy Burnham has told the BBC that PC Andrew Harper’s killers will remain behind bars as he announces changes to the early release scheme aimed at easing prison overcrowding.
In an exclusive interview with BBC Breakfast, Burnham said anyone convicted of manslaughter will be excluded from changes brought in under the Sentencing Act, which would have made the killers eligible for early release.
Burnham said extra prison spaces would be created by deporting “hundreds” of foreign prisoners and releasing some inmates serving indefinite sentences.

Twenty-seven people have been killed and almost 400 evacuated after a Russian strike hit a warehouse near Kyiv, triggering a fire and a series of explosions.
Regional governor Tymur Tkachenko said a further 42 people, including four children, were injured after the Russian drone strike in the Bucha district.
An investigation has been launched into whether ammunition was being stored at the site, where search and rescue operations were ongoing early on Saturday.
Russia’s Ministry of Defence said in a statement that its forces had targeted “an ammunition depot” in the Kyiv region village of Myla, which stores “components and launch boosters for FP-1/FP-2 long-range unmanned aerial vehicles”.
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his condolences to the families of the victims of the strike, saying that more than 300 emergency respondents had been deployed to the strike area.

So Prighgotzin was not lying. He defeated the professional Ukranian Army at Bathmuk. Their blood is on Biden and NATO. This war could had been avoided thru diplomacy but the Biden administration chose not to negotiate. All Putin wanted was a neutral Ukraine and a guarantee that Ukraine would not join NATO. Meanwhile, NATO and the US were under cover training and supplying Ukraine for 8 years, amassing a force of 650 000 soldiers and 100 000 reserves to fight Russia while they were fooling 🇷🇺 with the Minks accords. Nobody listened to Mr. Putin. They were so arrogant that they thought they did not have to listen to anybody. The blood of those two lads is on their hands

It is my deepest sympathy and condolence to the family, friends and love ones of those that lost their lives for defending their fathers land of Ukrainian people. The Putin's war is not genuine reason so has leads to loss of many lives and their innocent blood will sch unto Putin's hand. I want all to know how I have been deprived of my lawful retirement benefits. Once I got retired several years ago I moved from the US to Russia looking for a cheaper place to retire. Africa could be the cheapest, but not a desirable place to retire, but in Russia I found acceptable life for a very good price. There were nice relationships between the US and Russia at that time so I did not expect any trouble. However three months ago my retirement payments have been stopped without explanations and Social Security has not responded anymore. My passport’s expired and I cannot renew it, as the Embassy does not work. I find myself trapped in a foreign country having no sustenance. On the other hand I am too old and weak to resettle again. I don't have power and money to move anywhere else. I can only go to the street begging in a foreign country. The government has abandoned and defrauded me. Don't trust them. They all are fraudsters.

Didnt report capture of Bakhmut by Russians but reporting withdrawal of PMC forces from city after they won the battle to give impression of as if Ukrainians won the battle and Russians are running.
