Published

‘Every minute, 21 private parking tickets are issued, that’s every 3 seconds a private parking ticket is issued. It’s absolutely astonishing. The whole private parking system is completely broken.’

Your guest is a shill for the system 😡. All parking tickets are merely an offer to contract with the issuing authority. They are not 'lawful'. Please stop spreading this 'misinformation'. There is no contract & the living are forbidden to enter any form of contract with a dead entity Corporation – please see Black's Law Dictionary definitions concerning contract law. They merely use your ignorance followed up by threats, duress & coercion to unlawfully extract monies from living men & women using menaces and fraudulent documents. Do not comply, resist & challenge their fraudulent claims always.

I appealed mine to the IAS or whatever they just backheeled it , now I get a letter from a debt agency telling me to pay £170 or I’m going to court 😮
… it was my dentist 🦷 for some reason you must enter your registration number when you have an appointment. I did this but they are saying on this day it wasn’t done ✔️ I’ve had 5 appointments and it’s only this one that is an issue 😢. They are scum I’ve proved I was at the dentist and they do not care , it was first £60 I appealed and now it’s £170 . Can I still ignore these filth or will they try something on ? What is the best course of action to take to these unscrupulous dirty criminals?

Please don’t pay ! They work on averages by trying to scare you. Saying it will affect your credit rating😂 I’ve had 4 tickets over last 5yrs and never paid one fine. I replied to one threatening letter with a quote from the film Taken …. GOOD LUCK !!😂

What about sending, return to sender, no contract. Without opening letters??

    December 30, 2023 at 10:34 pm

    December 30, 2023 at 10:34 pm

Some expert ! Appeal ? To do this is acceptance of contract, you don't appeal and in fact you don't do anything until the notice of intent arrives (If ever) Then you simply dismiss the claim on the contract not being established for a multitude of reasons.

my advice to new UK drivers car and bike, is make sure you study the highway code and pay attention. I'm guessing that the government, private firms, corporations and courts are are making unbelievable amount of money each year and this is why it won't stop. local authority are doing the same thing as private firms. if you appeal expect to lose

  12. @gbhxu

    December 30, 2023 at 10:34 pm

DVLA shouldn't be allowed to sell your details to private parking companies

    December 30, 2023 at 10:34 pm

The Best advice is VOTE WITH YOUR MONEY.
Don't visit businesses that use theses Scam parking companies to punish their customers for the crime of "spending your money" .
Learn where these crooks do not operate and go spend your money there instead.
    People power !
See parking scam signs in the car park ? Don't be lazy, drive out, shop elsewhere.
    You have the power.
Anyone about to say just follow the rules, you are terminally stupid, you have my pity.

Parking eye have been chasing me for 5 years you cant appeal because you can't get through to them. You call them are on hold for half hour and then they cut you off. They are therefore in my eyes not a real company. They can go f**k themselves.

Most people mark the mistake of appealing when they mean to complain. The two are different.

Don’t have a problem with people getting a ticket for illegal or inconsiderate parking, but why have all these private firms profiting from it.

Tory MP SLAMMED over Conservative record on immigration ‘Shabana Mahmood is SHOWING YOU UP!’

Shadow Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury Gareth Davies MP joins Alex Armstrong and Ellie Costello for a wide-ranging interview covering immigration, the economy, energy policy, national security and more. The discussion begins with a fiery exchange over migration, as Alex challenges the Conservatives on their record after Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood announced tougher immigration measures, asking whether Labour is now “showing your party up.” Gareth Davies insists the Conservatives had been calling for stronger action and argues the latest announcements have come far too late.

The conversation also turns to the economy, with Gareth Davies accusing the Labour government of creating a hostile environment for investment by raising taxes and undermining enterprise. He also reacts to reports that Ed Miliband could approve new North Sea drilling in a move that some believe could strengthen his credentials to become Chancellor, questioning Labour’s consistency on energy policy. On national security, Davies welcomes the government’s decision to proscribe the IRGC as a security threat, saying it is a step the Conservatives had been urging ministers to take for some time.
