Why world is silent on the dwarka! People have found coins under ocean in dwarka dates back 6000 years ago! But the Indian government is such cripple and downmarket that it don't want people to excavate dwarka! If we won't excavate dwarka then we wont discover the most important time period in human civilization because I have read there were 3D artifacts there and even had some rocks dates back before the age of earth

Everyone is worried or scarred or even outraged by this.
Am I the only one who was mesmerized when they opened that coffin? I mean I'd never seen it done before, a bloody real mummy in the 'flesh' and bones, not one of those plastic ones. An ACTUAL mummy. It was somehow surreal.
Though i do agree with the sentiment that not all those coffins should of been taken. I mean a couple of them for museums or for studies? Sure. But why do you need 159 of them you ain't gonna make an exhibition in a museum displaying all those coffins were are you going to 'dump' the rest when you're through with them?

X-ray scans are showing a strange snake-like creature wrapped around the spine of some within, and others with them in their stomachs… With unrecognizable symbols inscribed on the outside of the coffins, some in sets of 7 symbols.

Archaeologists have managed to translate some of the writings using phonetics: "Goa'uld" and "Jaffa kree"

Hawk Fire wildfire in Nevada expected to rage for another two days, say officials | BBC News

Published

on

US fire crews have reported progress in their efforts to tackle a large wildfire menacing the city of Reno, Nevada – saying the blaze is about a quarter contained.

The Hawk Fire, which began on Saturday, had spread over 15,000 acres by Monday, firefighters said.

Evacuation orders remain in place for 23,000 people, though other residents have now been allowed to return to their homes. Tens of thousands of other residents have been told to be ready to leave at any moment.

Officials are concerned that gusts of wind could drive the flames towards more homes. Unfavourable weather conditions are forecast for the next two days, meaning the fire could continue to burn during that timeframe.

And what does the future look like for workers? Our China correspondent Laura Bicker has been to some of these factories, and is on the line to debrief.

Plus, the government has announced more details about their housing plans, including where 70,000 social and affordable homes will be built in England over the next 10 years. 60% of the new homes would be for social rent, despite Andy Burnham telling The Social Housing Podcast in May he “would actually devote all of it to social housing.”.

Is Andy Burnham delivery what he promised? Adam is joined by Alex and housing correspondent Tarah Welsh.
