When Ukraine affirms something you can take that as US propaganda in a proxy war, where Zelensky is a puppet leader travelling Europe to continue war mongering on behalf of the USA, and NATO. Thankfully now there are Ukranians protesting against the war, asking for a peace settlement, oh sorry, that's not real no everyone in Ukraine wants war to continue? No not quite… dissenters are kidnapped and made to serve, even though they are pacifists, Ukraine is forcing its men and some women to fight. And guess what, unlike the Edge of Tomorrow, they won't be in a loop where every time they die they'll wake up on the day of their kidnap. They die naive to war and its ways, just once.

Remember Russia's aim, is to stop NATO from occupying their neighbouring country, and NATO has been on the creep and expansion despite Russia's warning in the Minsk agreement. All Russia want is for the EU and NATO to give up trying to make Ukraine their conquest, and as a consequence they're ruining Ukraine, unlike Georgia who succumbed to settle and not allow NATO and the EU, to stop their country from being ruined, Zelensky is a mouthpiece for US and NATO, to badger the world to send money and weapons to one of the most corrupt countries in the world, well can you guess where a considerable proportion of the military and financial aid turns up?

Russia denying something is the most effective confirmation of any news. Tbh there should be an entire news network just called 'Russia Denies;', it would be the most up-to-date, reliable news source worldwide. Somebody start a Kickstarter….

the conflict in Ukraine is now moving to a new stage, when the Ukrainians will regain their territories, Ukrainian soldiers, just as the Ukrainian command has shown incredible results in the fight against the aggressor, our military assistance speeds up the process of returning Europe to a peaceful life, many EU countries are making a big contribution to the victory over the Russian dictator

Most of Putin's forces are committed to the cause, utilizing a strategy akin to terrorist tactics. The Russian army and the Wagner PMCs experience supply shortages.

Why do you call "Ukrainian militants" an army?

There has been no army in Ukraine since 2014, when there was an armed seizure of power by internal terrorists.

The "army" of Ukraine consists of mercenaries who came from all over the world, they all have ultra-Nazi views, wear a swastika, draw a "German cross" on military equipment, as was the case with Nazi Germany in 1943. All these "militants" are united in battle groups, formed on the basis of the fascist detachments of the German army in 1943. Zelensky even calls the detachments the names of SS combat detachments, for example, "Edelweiss".

All these mercenaries are war criminals, many of them were in the Taliban and ISIS. …many mercenaries committed such war crimes that they were even banned by Ukraine itself, for example, "Tornado", "Azov", "Kozak" and others.

Don't call Ukraine's war criminals an army!

    Ukraine is a terrorist country.

  19. @sergeysergeev7564

    December 29, 2023 at 9:21 am

    Stop calling Ukraine a country.

In 2014, there was an armed seizure of power in this "country"! Not democratically with a vote, but an armed seizure with weapons and militants !!! People with weapons broke into the parliament, the president's house, the administrative building, seized everything by force.

Those who seized power with weapons now rule Ukraine!

    They are not legal!

It was terrorism within the country!

The laws of the country were destroyed and ceased to operate.

Since then, de jure, the country has ceased to exist.

In fact, now this is a territory with a dictator and their personally invented "laws" to which everyone has become obliged to obey in Ukraine under fear of terror.

You don't have to pretend like it's normal.

    It is not normal!

The US said it has hit “dozens” of Iranian military targets in overnight attacks, in response to Iran hitting commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

“The Strait of Hormuz is a vital maritime corridor for global trade,” the US military said. “Iran does not control it”.

In response, Iran said it targeted US bases in Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait and also radar systems in Oman.

Trump demands 20% toll on cargos passing through strait of Hormuz | BBC News

Published

on

President Donald Trump has said the US is reinstating a naval blockade of Iranian ports and will impose a 20% charge on all cargo shipped through the Strait of Hormuz following days of escalating strikes between the two countries.

He said this would stop “Iran’s ships or customers” from entering or leaving the key oil shipping route, but “all other countries will have fair and open use of the Strait”.

Iran’s foreign minister later said whoever provides safe passage “should be compensated for this service”, but Iran would remain the strait’s “GUARDIAN” – using Trump’s word.

Tehran and Washington clashed over the strait’s control after exchanging strikes in the region overnight and on Monday.

The US said it carried out strikes against military targets in Iran, targeting air defence systems, coastal radars, and missile and drone sites. Iran said it responded by striking US military bases in Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain, and radars in Oman.

US launches more strikes on Iran and resumes naval blockade of ports | BBC News

The US military said it was carrying out a new wave of strikes on targets in Iran. It said the aim of the attacks was to degrade Iran’s ability to attack shipping in the strait of Hormuz. It came ass the US Navy resumed its blockade of Iran’s ports.

Iran said that control of the strait of Hormuz was required for its national security and it will exercise sovereignty over the key shipping lane, whatever the cost.
