If I had to recreate this just from watching the video without downloading the app, I’d say the recipe is as follows. 1) Make sauce by blending 2 garlic cloves, ricotta, peas, spinach, olive oil, lemon zest, and mixed greens {not sure exactly, but maybe rocket, mizuna or dandelion leaves}. 2) Cook pasta {I think it’s fusilloni, but not sure} in salted boiling water. 3) Make pesto by chopping coriander/cilantro leaves, mint leaves, pine nuts, and mix with “???” and grated parmesan { but it could be another hard white cheese}. 4) Add sauce to drained, cooked pasta. 5) Add baby/micro basil, spinach leaves, peas, season to taste, and mix well. 6) Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with pesto mixture. I just can’t decide if “???” is minced garlic or something else like preserved lemon.
