Tastes wonderful I'm sure, but does not have any of the benefits of actual Bircher Muesli! I literally lol when he said, after mixing in 2/3 of his oats into the yogurt mixture, that it had increased in volume already! No better way to start the day, you say? I can think of several.

I love trying all the different Bircher Muesli versions when I travel in the Alps, but I think my favourite was the one with rhubarb. And they never taste right without the grated apple so don't skip that step

He says to 'mix them nicely'! I'd love to know the difference between ordinary mixing and nice mixing! And is there a way of mixing which isn't nice? (And I wish Gordon would stop saying 'literally' when he doesn't know what 'literally' means!) I guess he can afford a dictionary now…..?

In the original you but oats, joghurt, apples, lemon juice and haselnuts in and some additional fruits. Bircher himself sweetend it with condensed milk.
