At 6:42 he throws in the tomatoes, they look like grape or cherry tomatoes, is that correct or were they regular sized?

How come I tried the recipe, close as I could get to exactly. Watched the video over and over while making it. But it turned out dry, and ok. Not bad, but definitely not amazing.. the gravy however was terrific

Question: does he mean chickens stock when he makes the Gravy or just the juices/fat from the turkey set aside earlier on?

Perdone. Ud. podra ser un gran chef pero a los pollos y otras aves a cocinar hay que quitarles el uropigio del chunchucullo (cola). Es la única glándula que tiene un líquido graso no agradable y puede arruinar la comida.

Hi Mr. Ramsey! Happy Holidays! Question: I ended up separating the skin from the drumsticks too. Is it ok to do that? I got into the zone and didn't realize till it was too late.

I wondering if the apple cider for the gravy is alcoholic, or can apple cider vinegar be used

  23. @derekdunbar9636

    December 27, 2023 at 7:50 pm

Doesn’t matter how hard I try, 220 degrees (450f) at 10 minutes does NOT brown the skin. It’s usually 25 minutes for me.

Stopped watching at 1:10 when you rimmed the cavity with the pepper mill! You really do have some pretty gross hygiene habits going on there.
