Israel and Hamas agree to pause fighting for release of 50 hostages – BBC News
Israel and Hamas have agreed a deal to pause fighting for the release of 50 hostages being held in Gaza.
It’s not yet known when the deal will be implemented, but if successful it’ll be the first break in fighting since 7 October.
Hamas said the deal will also allow hundreds of lorries of humanitarian aid, medical supplies and fuel into Gaza.
The group, which is considered as a terrorist organisation by several Western governments, said that 150 Palestinian women and teenagers will be released from Israeli jails under the deal.
Israel’s government insists that this isn’t the end of the war, reiterating its commitment to “complete the elimination of Hamas”.

Twenty-seven people have been killed and almost 400 evacuated after a Russian strike hit a warehouse near Kyiv, triggering a fire and a series of explosions.
Regional governor Tymur Tkachenko said a further 42 people, including four children, were injured after the Russian drone strike in the Bucha district.
An investigation has been launched into whether ammunition was being stored at the site, where search and rescue operations were ongoing early on Saturday.
Russia’s Ministry of Defence said in a statement that its forces had targeted “an ammunition depot” in the Kyiv region village of Myla, which stores “components and launch boosters for FP-1/FP-2 long-range unmanned aerial vehicles”.
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his condolences to the families of the victims of the strike, saying that more than 300 emergency respondents had been deployed to the strike area.

37 people have been killed after a huge explosion at an arms depot in Ukraine which was struck by a Russian drone. The ams storage facility was based near a residential areas on the outskirts of the capital, Kyiv. Hundreds of people have been evacuated from the area and a rescue operation is continuing, with fears that the death toll will rise.
Shells, mines and drones stored at the facility exploded in a massive blast that destroyed nearby homes nearby, including a care home for the elderly and disabled.
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky strongly criticised the location of the depot near people’s homes, saying an investigation had been launched into “terrible negligence on the part of those who stored explosive right next to people”.
Russia’s Ministry of Defence said that its forces had targeted “an ammunition depot”.

Why don't report Al shifa hospital was proven to be a base of Hamas? It is well known, Amnesty organization already reported at 2015 that Hamas has operations in the Shifa hospital. Not clear why media portend it is not the case. Weird…

We ask Europe and the West!
The first question: After the criminal Israel invaded civilian residential areas and Hamas responded from its positions to repel them. Is this what you mean by using people's enthusiasm as human shields?
second question:
Does Hamas have the right to defend the Palestinian people against Israeli attacks?
What about the West Bank, where Hamas does not attack, and Israel does as it pleases with Palestine!?
The third question:
Does Europe believe that Israel is a racist criminal state because of the crimes we see?
the fourth question :
Why does Hamas remain silent regarding the Israeli attacks and thousands of prisoners and accuse it of terrorism while allowing Israel to defend itself and recover the hostages who have not remained in captivity for two months yet??!
