Any government that is more worried about their people having too many rights than safeguarding those rights, should not exist.

The HRA is fine how it is.
I agree that there are too many rights but if that’s what the politicians feel then they should have reviewed this before allowing it to be added on.

The judiciary do not have too much power or influence through judicial review because they don’t act on their own accord or for their benefit but the benefit of the claimant according to their rights written in statute law. The fact they think this gives them an advantage is so sus.

The intervention of the ECHR is also good. They prevent a violation of rights and keep our laws in check. They allow us to apply it in whatever way we wish so I don’t see how they are overbearing.

I think these politicians are power hungry and their position needs to be questioned.

Human rights in the UK are an absolute joke. Look who is organising it, a man that was asked to leave his prime minister job by more than 35 of his own party. A man who was having a drinks party during covid. A man that's had an unsettled home life with three wife's. And we are going to trust him with human rights reform. We must be crazy in this country.

If your rights can only be enforced by appeal to the high courts or the ECHR, then you have no rights at all unless you are a billionaire.
Judges routinely dismiss your "rights" in low level cases, and unless you have unlimited funds and several years to waste, you will not be able to do a damn thing about it.
Add to this that the British judicial system can stall your appeals process so that it times out with the ECHR and the case is no longer eligible to be heard.
Sadly in the UK we ARE subjects of the crown, and victims of the local judges and magistrates.
Twice I have interfaced with the British legal system and on both occasions my rights were violated and the only people I could appeal to was the court itself. On one occasion I "won" a court case, proved the other party had submitted fraudulent evidence, proved they had NO CASE, and even managed to get the other solicitor to admit that their client had lied about the whole thing and admit that THEY KNEW they were lying.
Well the other party was the local council, so after some deliberation the judge comes back in, rules in their favour, punishes me, gives me LESS than the legal minimum notice to comply, and then goes to lunch with the other solicitor….. who turned out to be his daughter.
Apparently he was none too pleased by me showing her up as a liar.
Not having a spare five million pounds in the bank, I had no means to appeal this criminally negligent outcome.
Dont even get me started about the time I overheard a duty solicitor joking with the police outside the cells, and telling cops that his client was guilty.
The British legal system is like something out of a Monty Python movie about the middle ages. Its a rich persons preserve.

This is all apart of their plan people. The world Is run by freemasons and they have no need for us "useless, food eaters", scrapping this bill means its easier to get rid of us "lawfully" when we refuse to let them have full control. Such as the cashless society we have coming . But that's just the tip of the iceburg, what we have coming is far worse, its the end times and nothing can stop them now. People are too distracted to see what we're walking into

Doesn't make sense really Archie Battersbee was put in to a medical induced condition that would of prevented him from possible recovering. he was taken off life support within Months.. People should have a right to be able to try to recover over years. Everything was in theory and i am sure the medical services provided where services/treatment countries might use to take organs donated by force. Negligence is barley recognised now days despite the fact Archie Battersbee might not of been a organ doner

They should of looked at the deal with the EU to see that human rights was included In it. Remainder perphetic videos. Give this channel up we are not going back in the EU we need Nigel Farage to stand as a leader and get the job done as we voted to be. We need our borders back and we need to end human rights to turn them around.

You miss some of the most important points about the new bill: Preventing people from enforcing their rights, blocking the constitutional role of the courts in upholding these, and

significantly reducing government accountability. You should also do a video on the horrific new Policing Bill and how that reduces our right to protest and hold the government to account.

    cattle have no rights.
the cementing of certain lines within society, those of authority and ownership, and the owned. Or explain this in any other way that can possibly be beneficial for humanity?
Raise everyone to the same place? the bottom most rung on the ladder? Equality? I see slavery, and made to be perfectly acceptable. the police will beat you senseless in the streets and those around will ignore it completely. What could they do, anyway?
call this what it is, the complete belittlement of humanity into common stock to be traded herded and otherwise dealt with accordingly.
