If the BBC are impartial and not part of the establishment machine, maybe somebody would like to point me to any article, soap-opera story line, documentary, discussion panel segment, radio debate, comedy show or other output that is scornful, critical or even slightly negative of the massive demographic changes that have occurred in the last 50 years, or to provide evidence of one single show, article, soap-opera story line, documentary, discussion panel segment, radio debate, comedy show or other form of output that is designed to specifically cater for the interests of the indigenous community.
Can anybody name me two such shows – at any time over the last 40 years? It shouldn't be that hard to find something, should it, considering that they are "unbiased" and reflective of the population at large and completely independent of the agendas of the state apparatus, no matter who is in government?

The public are desperate for truth in this post-truth world and everyone knows how government leans on corporations and organizations to tow the line because of receiving funding. So this move from twitter is to put a bit of confidence back in reporting of news. I hope it works.

From the BBC's own website: '…The BBC also receives more than £90m per year from the government to support the BBC World Service, which predominantly serves non-UK audiences….' so, it is government funded. It doesn't matter if that is 90 million a year makes up 100%, 50% or 1% or 0.0000001% of the BBC's funds… that fact that the receive 90 million a year from the government makes it government funded. Also – 'which predominantly serves non-UK audiences' – yep gotta make sure that propaganda gets out there to non-UK audiences….

I am a UK citizen living in the UK and I refuse to watch the BBC or pay its license fee. I find it funny how the law keeps changing to try and make people pay this – a few years ago, it was something like – you do not have to pay if you do not watch the BBC or anything on BBC iPlayer live – then it moved to BBC or anything on the BBC iplayer and now it is just any old live TV no matter what channel/provider or media you watch it on! The goal posts keep moving to try and either get money form people or criminalize those who do not pay… Well, I'll tell you something Mr BBC – I ain't fucking funding you – keep getting the government to change the law – even if the law changes to making me stand in the corner for two hours day, hopping up and down on one leg with my finger up my bum… I'd rather do that than fund you.

BBC has ALWAYS BEEN, and CONTINUES to REMAIN, a BRITISH GOVERNMENT FUNDED, and MI6 BACKED RENT SEEKING MAFIA MOUTH-PIECE used for PROMOTING INTERNATIONAL TERROR
ORGANISATIONs and their MISANTHROPIC AGENDAs. (Especially the JIHADIST ones).

The British still believe their own bullshit propaganda about impartiality and guardians of liberty. Does anyone who watches TV have a choice in paying the license fee? Try and find out and you will soon encounter the British "justice" system in action enforced by police and bailiffs.

The BBC is 100% government funded, it's done so by money stolen from the British public, we are forced to pay for our state propaganda. The BBC also gets funding from very despicable people, they helped push the big lie of the last 3 years and are nothing more than a stain on the UK.

  23. @jamessickmore236

    December 20, 2023 at 2:50 am

Andy Burnham’s Britain: What will the country look like under the ‘King of the North’s’ leadership?

Published

on

By

What will an Andy Burnham government *actually* look like?

We dissect the radical “Manchesterism” blueprint Burnham wants to bring to the heart of government. From establishing a decentralized “No. 10 North” nerve centre to launching a massive post-war council housing push, Burnham is promising to radically rewire Britain.

However, critics are already raising red flags. With national debt soaring, can his sweeping plans for the renationalisation of transport and utilities survive contact with the markets? More importantly, is Burnham pulling a “bait-and-switch” on the British electorate by abandoning the very centrist manifesto that Labour was elected on under Keir Starmer?

We fast-forward to 2030 to look at the balanced reality of Burnham’s Britain—the major public sector shifts, the potential tax squeeze on the middle class, and the structural friction that could define his premiership.

Is he the saviour the working class has been waiting for, or a Westminster insider in regional clothing? Watch to find out.
