I finally properly made a roux for my Alfredo cheese sauce (I don’t know if that’s right lol, I mix milk or heavy cream into the melted butter and flour mixture and then when it’s all combined I add Parmesan and OMG the dry grated Parmesan you get in the pantry aisle is SO DAMN GOOD in this!!! Better than the wedge of “real” expensive parm). But yea! Doing it the “right” way is SO MUCH BETTER than trying to mix it all up in the pasta after it’s cooked. I’m on a cheese stuffed tortellini binge lol. Sautee some onions and garlic and finish the bowl off with bacon. 😽 👩🍳‘s 💋

Mike hiding that egg was best part of that original battle. Too much seriousness is.. well too much.
The wacky part of those three-way battles was great. Though I see why they don't fit current badge battle(unless it can be one of the badges).
