Prince Harry was victim of phone hacking by Mirror Group Newspapers, judge rules – BBC News
The High Court has ruled that Prince Harry was the victim of mobile phone hacking by Mirror Group Newspapers and has awarded him £140,600 in damages.
Mr Justice Fancourt said that his personal phone was targeted between 2003 and 2009.
He said 15 of 33 sample articles were “the product of phone hacking … or the product of other unlawful information gathering”.
He ruled there was “extensive” phone hacking by Mirror Group Newspapers from 2006 to 2011
The publisher said in a statement that they “apologise unreservedly” for “historical wrongdoing”.

China has vowed to protect its interests after the US announced plans to widen economic sanctions against Iran and its trading partners, which include Beijing.

It has been five years since the Taliban retook control of Afghanistan, as western forces left, imposing their extreme, ultra-conservative interpretation of Islam on millions of people.
Their return to power brought relative peace to the country after two decades of war.
But Afghan women have been erased from public life. Girls are banned from school from the age of 12, and aren’t allowed to go to university.
Public parks are also off limits to women – and they can’t travel abroad without a male companion.

So what deal was made with Pierce Morgan and executives of the Mirror? If they can hack him why wasn’t everyone else in the Royal family hacked? Are we all to believe that he’s the only one hacked? Someone in the inner circle or family has a deal with them so that others are not hacked. In this case the power of the media wasn’t the only thing abused. The power of other people or institutions were abused.
