As someone who votes Conservative I hope they do lose. I don't like Labour or what they stand for. The tories are even worse, they don't represent Labour voters and they certainly don't represent tory voters. I think the best option is for both parties to collapse, get replaced by newer ones and replace the ridiculous first past the post system.

When you mount a coup to remove your leader and are catapulted into his position without an election, because you were rejected twice before, you can certainly expect a bitter message from the voters you denied when they finally get to vote.
