One point that has been missed, the board let the CEO resign so that legally she can get her severance pay which she would not be entitled to if she was fired. It shows how corrupt the board of Natwest is! as their purpose is to get as much money for themselves without any care or responsibility to the bank and its shareholders. Any responsible person within the bank would have fired her before she got a chance to resign in order to protect the bank.
