Modelling is a tool no diffrent to any other.
The tool is not the problem. The tool has no mind.
    Its the person misusing it.
aka Prejudicial idiological assumptions, led to prejudicial ideological results. Fantasy if you prefer.
Not that 'fortune telling' was ever regarded as 'science'.
Only those without ideological prejudice, or direct market manipulation, get reasonable results.
But those manipulating the market would be demonstrating self fulfilling prophecy….and often to suit political ends.

So they both took a wild guess on what the future would be and one got it right and the other wrong. So much for economics. About as much use as astrology.

Bring on the accountants. Accountants don't have opinions, they only have facts.

    Kosmoskrator (World Ruler)

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
(Devil the Traducer also called death in Hebrews 2:14. 4th seal. The rider of the GREEN horse. Revelation 6(8). 😉)
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
(Pricks. Bunches of hypocrite. Play actors. Not the real thing! Mic 7:4 The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of thy watchmen and thy visitation cometh; now shall be their perplexity. )

Do you know what is this ruler of this world? Kosmoskrator. World ruler. 🇺🇸🇬🇧🇮🇱 The sixth is coming to an end. Revelation 17. Perverts bullying day is over.

But Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them.
Mark 10:43 But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister:
And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.
For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

The real meaning of God in Genesis 1:28.

Just imagine if they had bet on child poverty rising in 2022/3. I reckon the Prof would have won.
