US considers Covid restrictions on China arrivals – BBC News
The US and the Philippines have said they are considering new Covid restrictions on travellers from China after Beijing announced it will reopen its borders in January.
Japan, India and Malaysia have already said they will tighten restrictions on arrivals from China amid concerns about a surge in cases and lack of transparency from the Chinese government.
On Wednesday, Italy also announced plans to enforce mandatory testing on travellers from China.
Beijing said coronavirus rules should be brought in on a “scientific” basis.

Floods have hit Australia’s largest city Sydney for the third time this year prompting evacuation warnings to 50,000 people.
Parts of Sydney have received about eight months of rain in four days.
Roads have been cut off, some houses are under water and thousands have been left without power.
Widespread flooding across Australia – driven by a La Niña weather pattern – has killed more than 20 people this year, many in New South Wales.

Saudia Arabia vows ‘serious response’ to Houthi attacks and other stories | Global News Podcast
The Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen have continued to fire missiles towards Saudi Arabia, after a number of deadly attacks on Riyadh’s main international airport.
Almost all flights to and from the airport have been suspended. The Houthis say their actions are in retaliation for “brutal Saudi aggression” against areas they control in western Yemen.
Saudi Arabia’s energy minister Prince Abdul Aziz bin Salman told a conference in Riyadh that the seriousness of the attacks required an equally serious response from the Kingdom.

When everything is not transparent, those countries that require a PCR negative results in China needs to think over, if you can‘t trust their official figures, and you trusts their PCR results? What kinda logic is that?
Smart countries like Italy, Japan would do the test when they land before letting them in your country, and you can do the sequencing and testing the real variants if any and the confirmed cases, roughly half according to planes arriving in Italy.
The aim is to deter a deadly and very contangious various other than Omnicron from spreading in your country so that your health care systems get overloaded and people cannot get proper health care other than covid!

After they literally have no protections at all, they trying to restart the pandemic? Block, China.!!! China has lost control. Until China can get it together and be transparent with the data.
