Gordon Ramsay is back with his trademark mix of tough talking and inspirational leadership for another foray into some of the country’s scariest kitchens. The venue is Ruby Tates in Brighton, owned and run by ex-actor and failed Hollywood wannabe Allan Love. It’s an oyster bar and seafood restaurant but Allan’s never tasted the food because he hates fish. Can Gordon persuade Allan to shape up?

Piccolo Teatro is a bijou vegetarian restaurant in Paris run by feisty Scot Rachel. A former waitress at the restaurant, Rachel bought it three years ago and now, along with best friend Stephanie, she’s trying to convert the carnivorous French into a nation of veggies. For Gordon, his trip to Piccolo Teatro turns into one of his biggest nightmares yet. Will he be able to perform a miracle, or admit defeat?

I am glad that Chef Ramzi is dealing with a British stubborn person and not an American. As shown the French and Australians Chefs are very lazy. I have seen many of Chef's Ramzi shows and did not find any lazier and more stubborn than these people.

(spoilers) I googled "Piccolo Teatro" and the first thing that comes up says: What happened to Piccolo Teatro? Piccolo Treatro closed before the episode aired, when Rachel abandoned the restaurant leaving the chef and her father to try and handle it to no avail, and leaving her father with the debt. According to news reports, Rachel McNally ended up a £200-a-night prostitute. DO WHAT!??!?!?!?!?!??!

These episodes were great! UK kitchen nightmares feels so much better/honest/less hollywood style than the US ones, way more raw and uncut, I really like that. So happpy in the second episode India got hired by Gordon, she truly deserved it!
