Cyber Attack: Ransomware causing chaos globally – BBC News
Tens of thousands of organisations have been caught out by a computer virus called WannaCry. The malicious software locks data away and demands a payment of up to $300 (£230) a time before it will restore scrambled files. In the UK, many hospitals fell victim and some health organisations diverted ambulances and cancelled non-essential services as they sought to contain and clean up the infection. Infections in more than 99 nations are being reported by security firms. It appears that the hardest hit are Russia and Spain.

Is this AI’s moment of truth? | BBC News
A year ago, artificial intelligence was being sold as something close to science fiction — a technology that could transform society, cure disease, even reshape the global economy.
Today, the tone is changing. The companies leading the revolution are racing to the stock market — chasing billions in investment — while quietly confronting a much harder reality: AI is expensive, unpredictable, and far from profitable.
At the same time, some of the very people building this technology are warning we may be going too fast — even calling for a global pause.
And beyond Silicon Valley, a different story is emerging: growing public anxiety, political backlash, and the rise of what some are calling anti-AI populism.
So is AI entering its most pivotal moment yet — caught between financial pressure, technological risk, and political resistance?
AI Decoded Presenter Christian Fraser is joined by Financial Times AI Editor Madhumita Murgia, Thematic Strategist at Deutsche Bank Research Adrian Cox and Richard Coffin, Host of popular investing podcast ‘ The Plain Bagel’.

This will be an amazing development that I look forward to when it hits US markets. Most of the commenters here talking about how bad this is are very ignorant when it comes to this topic, and I have little respect for their desire to continue animal agricultural practices that include but are not limited to: using CO2 gas chambers for pigs that cause them to scream in agony; the maceration and blending of hundreds of millions of male chicks in the egg industry; artificial insemination of dairy cows that involves farmers shoving their entire arm up the cow's anus to grab hold of the cervix for proper sperm implantation; the separation of mother cows from their calves; shooting billions of animals in the head, slitting their throats open, and butchering them like they're mere commodities.
As for those making claims about how this will be unhealthy: based on what? Your own intuition? The fact that it isn't "natural"?

I know what you are saying you are probably thinking that Immunities Are inherited Yes to a certain degree. But the world does not stop just because you stopped changing. Just like the sun did not rise for you today. Really. Don't let your Narcissism be your downfall.

I have been to the future and I have seen the buildings. They are very big buildings tall buildings and within the buildings food is grown. Food is grown in laboratories and in controlled environments. It's okay for a while And people seem to Think That they have solved the world's problem of starvation They think that they are very intelligent for it. That is until they start dying. Large numbers of people dying They don't know why So i'm telling you because I don't know if I will be there But I have been there I'll probably be there but just in a different body But I may not remember so I better tell you while I remember. I might remember that I don't know

But it's o k because you don't cause your extinction from this you just reduce your population drastically.
@jessicaprintke4973
January 2, 2024 at 5:04 pm
I know a lot of few people need an example so I will give you one. It's Like the fish the salmon You can grow them very nicely in a controlled environment They look good they're healthy and tasty. Nothing wrong right? The problem is is when you put them back into the wild They can't live Earth does not let them. They die because they don't have immunities and earth becomes poisonous to them. Yes you are the fish
@jessicaprintke4973
January 2, 2024 at 5:04 pm
Yes Yes it is yes. But it also kills you. It's also the reason why people Die. It's not because the food is poisoned although that does happen. That's not the reason. It's because you have separated yourself from nature. And the people who live in the future do not have Immunities Earth becomes poisonous to them. And then of course there are the incidences where People make mistakes. But that's not a big issue this issue is that you separate yourself from the planet
@warhorse6127

Chicken grown in a lab is not the food of the future you draconi and pieces of garbage I hope this whole industry gets blown the fuk up because we the people are going to be natural and eat real food and not deal with the government poisons that you're trying to do and control society by starving other societies to death this corporation can go f*** their mother

I think lab grown food will be the only way to feed our population in 20 to 30 years. Extreme wealthy will be the only ones who eat fresh protein. Along with certain fresh produce, and or coffee.

While everyone was distracted by the mainstream media’s latest news cycles, the elites have begun pumping mRNA into the US meat supply, with plans underway to insert synthetic mRNA into commercial milk and vegetables. And Congress has been exposed covering for Big Pharma and allowing them to pump mRNA into our food supply without our knowledge.
As soon as it became clear that a significant percentage of the population was going to refuse to be coerced into being vaccinated, the elite began working on cunning alternative schemes to force their jabs on us.

You are SICK PEOPLE.
TIME FOR PEOPLE TO WAKE UP TO THE LIES.
NOT ONE OF THE GLOBALIST PUSHING THESE LIES CARES ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT.
Bill Gate when questioned in an interview about his own carbon footprint print said, Carbon foot print DOES NOT APPLY to his family as they do so much for society already and would not stop using his MANY PRIVATE JETS, He has also said that his family DONT and have NEVER had Childhood Immunisation and vaccines.
Nothing applies to the super rich only to us.
NO PROOF HAS EVER BEEN GIVEN FOR GLOBAL WARMING either, all their PREDICTIONS FAILED TO MATERIALISE, people stopped believing so the change the name to CLIMATE CRISIS.
Well the only CLIMATE CRISIS we really have is the OUT OF CONTROL WEF AND GLOBALIST.
BBC SHAME ON YOU FOR GASLIGHTING THE PEOPLE WITH THESE FAKE NARRATIVES AND NO EVIDENCE.
WEATHER WARFARE IS WHATS GOING ON WITH THEIR WEATHER MODIFICATION PROGRAMS AND CLOUD SEEDING, ITS ALL A PROGRAMMED LIE
