Though cease-fires are usually meant to be binding, to last a while and to hold even after a few violations, they do not themselves end a conflict, only pause it. An armistice is a formal agreement to cease all military operations in a conflict permanently.

I like Parliament a lot more than Congress, choosing a new PM is easy and while out of the hands of the people, usually is a good person.

I HATE parliaments for their bs “we won so we’re in charge” pushes like right now. There should be a way for constituents to call their own general elections when parties get mired in politics as badly as the tories are at the moment.

Rating Agencies: We rate the UK as AAA level investment ( Maybe better than Gold )
Meanwhile: Winter is coming for the UK –
UK's bond yields are going higher and higher
The cost of Living crisis is deepening for common folks and it's not only due to the Russia-Ukraine war
Energy subsidies are breaking the back of the UK but everyone only talks about ill-advised tax cuts for the rich
Post-Brexit deals with Major economies are taking too much time which will impact both exports and imports
To put the cherry on the cake, people like Boris, Truss, Suella, and many others are shitting on whatever is left😇
