In this episode of Chopper’s Political Podcast, journalist James Frayne joins Christopher Hope to analyse what is driving Reform’s surge, what could still stop them, and what the party needs to do if it wants to be taken seriously as a government-in-waiting.

GB News told it’s “NIGHT NIGHT” for Donald Trump after CATASTROPHIC midterm results

Published

GB News has been told that it’s “night night” for Donald Trump after a catastrophic set of midterm election results.

The sitting President broke his silence earlier in the night, saying that if he was on the ballot, Republicans would have won in a “landslide”.

Speaking to Tom Harwood on GB News, political commentator Mally Smith said: “President Trump had a tough night because President Trump is unpopular. And when Steph Curry, the basketball player, hits a three to ice the game, he puts them to bed. He says ‘night night’. And this is night night to the President Trump’s failed presidency. It’s night night to President Trump’s fascism. It’s night night to President Trump’s economic mismanagement.”

Quick to reply, host Tom said: “You’d be forgiven for forgetting that there’s another two years of the Trump presidency to go.”

Nigel Farage CALLS OUT Andy Burnham’s complete Brexit “BREACH”

Published

By

Reform UK leader Nigel Farage has accused Andy Burnham of not telling the truth after the Prime Minister blamed Brexit for the small boats crisis.

Mr Farage, who was a leading architect of the 2016 Brexit vote, claimed the Prime Minister was being “misleading” and “dishonest” after making a promise to voters in Leave-voting Makerfield.

Speaking to GB News Breakfast, the Clacton MP said: “It is just not true. Leaving the European Union made us a sovereign country with the ability to make our own decisions.

“It’s just that the Tory Government chose not to use those freedoms, and the Labour Government have no intention of using those freedoms.

“And think about the small boats, the Mediterranean has seen far more boats cross than ever came to us.

“Stupidly, idiotically, countries like Germany and Spain, in the last five years, have given EU citizenship to three-quarters of a million people who entered Europe illegally.

“I’m talking about Afghans, I’m talking about Eritreans, I’m talking about Iranians, Iraqis.”
