The Government is wreaking our economy on purpose to persuade the public that Brexit was a mistake.

It's the CoVid lockdowns and massive printing of money that did us in, not Brexit.

Husbands return, this has happened more than once. Only it’s not clear how long it will take to forgive each other and reconcile. Difficult question.

If you watched the last farewell video that Europe put on, you can clearly see how hard it was for Europe to say goodbye to her husband Britain forever. Wives are used to being capricious and controlling their husbands. I'm tired without you. All the time I want to be there, I'm jealous to the point of madness and love to the point of madness. Come back otherwise I'll die!!! These are not my words.😂

Maybe it is time these ' expert's ' learned to shut up.
By them claiming there is a recession coming, lots of people will stop getting work done in their home, they won't buy a new car, they will decorate the house themselves, lots of things not done or replaced or bought – this will mean that there is less work about, so people will have less income. Which means they will want more money for what them do, thus pushing prices up Which will fuel the recession.

Far from being economically unleashed and having the whole world eagerely queing up to to do trade deals with the UK – the exact opposite has happened. Farage's brexit is a failure. He will never apologise or back down, his 'career' now (aprt from money making youtube scam ads) is just making his excuses and trying to polish the turd or put lipstick on the pig that he delivered. Take your pick of colourful metaphors – anyway you cut it, it's all just Brexshit.

Britain has been hijacked by a plutocracy, intent on converting public wealth into private offshore accounts. History proves that any country that is going to thrive needs to be governed by its founding people. We have been conditioned to hate our own people.

Do not worry the rich will always remain rich and the politicians in all countries. The ordinary person is being squeezed esp in the UK by huge weekly proce increases. Boris is dangerous and still looks smug so many things he is a part of behind the scenes. All disgusts me. The devil is in charge pro-tem

Imagine politicians started paying for their champagne… or their breaks away… or any other luxury…. Instead of claiming it back. The people that tell us we have to pay more are the reason why. This county is the same as any other, the poor get poorer and the rich stay rich, we just dress it up and stick a bow on it, hoping it won’t be noticed.

The * want as many small businesses to fail, all part of the plan that's why the PM and his puppet master JH increased corporation tax from 19 to 25% to ensure many of them do.

I am surprised to see the economy in the UK.. Considering the highest immigration. Canada has raised the tax so high where it's the highest in the world… Many Canadians don't have a family doctor, home prices are above normal, due to cost of living. Canadians can't protest because it's communist Government.

It was a vote for freedom not based on economics! Didn't someone in favor of Brexit say it may take a generation for economic matters to shake out! All will be well.

Don't worry and open borders and never ending immigration will solve Britain's economic problems, or at least that's what our politcians think. If immigration is so good for Britain as many people claim then considering the amount of immigration we already have in Britain then we should have a fantastic economy.

Germany has a corporation tax of over 30%. I am not shocked that farrage and his budy used went at corporation tax in a diwnturn in the economy. Do they realise that corporation tax is only levied at companies that make a profit. The companies who were ravaged by covid should have losses they can carry forward and if they are making a loss they wouldn't be paying out corporation tax.

Labour’s Work and Pensions Secretary Pat McFadden MP comes under intense pressure from Camilla Tominey as she challenges him over rising youth unemployment and the role that mass immigration may be playing in the jobs market. When asked directly whether mass immigration has had an impact on youth unemployment, McFadden refuses to give a straightforward yes-or-no answer, leading to a tense exchange over Labour’s economic policies and their effect on young people struggling to find work.

The debate quickly escalates as Tominey points to the growing number of young people who are not in employment, education or training, arguing that the problem has been worsening for years. She presses the minister on whether Labour’s policies are helping or hindering efforts to get more young people into work, accusing the government of making an already difficult situation worse. McFadden defends the government’s approach, but the clash highlights the wider political debate over jobs, immigration and economic growth.

The interview also turns to the welfare system, with Tominey questioning McFadden over the dramatic decline in face-to-face appointments for people claiming Personal Independence Payment (PIP). As concerns grow over support for vulnerable claimants and the effectiveness of government services, the Work and Pensions Secretary faces further scrutiny over whether enough is being done to address the challenges facing both jobseekers and benefit recipients. Watch the full exchange and decide for yourself who comes out on top.
