Ukrainian President Zelensky’s spokesperson describes apparent war crimes by Russia – BBC News

Spokesperson for Ukrainian President Zelensky, Serge Nykyforov, describes finding civilians in recently de-occupied territories that had been killed with their hands and feet tied up and bullet wounds to the backs of their heads, in what appears to be war crimes by Russia.

He also said they had found partially burned bodies, seemingly in an attempt to cover up what had taken place.
