This is what used to be called LIVING WITHIN YOUR MEANS.

Sound Advice. The new world order is pressurising us to delete cash and transact digitally. It sounds high tech and convenient but we also delete the freedom cash gives us. Remember Trudeau freezing, not only, the bank accounts of the truckers who protested against vaccine mandates but also those who donated money to the protesters. Avoid coffee shops and restaurants who refuse to accept cash. Don't make life easy for them.

So people these days haven't heard of common sense, we learned this at school at the age of twelve.

Spare a thought for poor old Klaus … Recent trends, not least what Trudeau did to his critics and the politicisation of banks (Laurence Fox says he couldn't even get an account for his political party) make the case for returning to use of cash where possible.

The viral TikTok budgeting method known as “cash stuffing” is a revival of an old-school budgeting system that’s been around for decades: the envelope system. The newly rebranded cash stuffing method helps people budget and save by “stuffing” money in envelopes….. Tony cuenca

I still prefer cash over any other kinds of payment method. Gets me boiling when places won't take cash and are card only.

Interesting video , I am glad to hear more and more people are starting to use cash again . The lady is also correct about building a financial safety net , even if it is just £5 or £10 a week it does start adding up and could make a difference to a person in an emergency . However on the other side of the coin for myself some debt is good so long as I am able to pay it back and not miss payments .
