The tories seem to play on this idea if you help the rich out it will benefit everyone. It seems like even with nothing showing that to be the case. They trudge along with the plan anyway..

What growth. It's a freaking first world rich country. How much more growth do you want. Earth doesn't have endless supply of resources, we have already ruined top soil with chemicals and the oceans with plastic.

They're not telling the truth. The fact is they're doing NOTHING about real inflation ( i.e. food and transport running at 20%) and the 'mini budget' is being
seen around the world as 'reckless' by borrowing to fund tax cuts. This is why the £ plunged in Friday and come tomorrow it might go below parity with the US
$ and trigger a run on the £ which will INCREASE inflation , food and fuel further because many of our goods are imported and priced in US $. This is a serious
situation likely to lead to a vote of no confidence on the incompetent UK govt and hence trigger a general election and let Starmer's crowd in.

PS: They should rename GBNews to GBOpinions because they have few news collecting journalist but stuffed with useless ill informed talking heads.

Ah, that is nice to see. GB News following the example of Timpsons in providing ex-offenders with work in order to rehabilitate them into the community. Very public spirited

Isn't this very simple? Get people back to work instead of working from home, then they will purchase much more such as travel, food, alcohol, entertainment, etc. Then you will see the economy grow instead of people crying about the cost of living.

The OECD has predicted that the UK's growth will be highest in G8 from 2022 through 2025 with the exception of 2023. So take one date.

Starmer and all these economists went mad when Sunak put taxes up. Saying the poor will suffer now them taxes have been reversed Starmer and the economists are still going mad. No other country put taxes up and when Sunak did they all said it would stop growth. So the new chancellor does tax cuts to boost growth the media, labour and economists are mad again lol. It's simple more money in people's pockets means more spending and more job opportunities.
