Inflation is caused by too much money chasing too few goods and services… so let’s.. erm… hand out some more money.

Rishi “The Fake Chancellor” who is out of his depth and has been since he was appointed.

Talks a good game, like a football Pundit on TV, finally caught out. The magic money tree………………If they had to borrow in the REAL world without QE, they would be paying 10%-20% or even going to a loan shark. We will never see a government surplus again, the government model (I&E) and balance sheet liabilities are no longer realistic but that does not matter in the QE world. We are living well beyond our means and have been since 2008/09.

The WHOLE government rushed decisions in March/April 2020 without any thought what so ever. Press who gave them examples of businesses struggling and then pay them money for it.

We all know businesses that were struggling before COVID. He only needed to give Business Rate holiday for businesses that were FORCED to close.

Furlough scheme. Just had to pay people what they would got on the dole without having to sign on.

And the Help to Eat out, Stamp duty reductions, VAT reductions for eating out . . . .. say no more!

Taking money from the energy cartel and giving it to the poor won't increase inflation. And the job centre isn't full of jobs because 20% of the jobs advertised don't exist they are fake example jobs. Jobs that are low paying aren't worth taking because the bus fare will be 30% of the wages. So unless a job is round the corner it often isn't worth taking.

I don't recall Putin cutting off oil and gas to the west but I do recall the west placing energy sanctions on Russia which effectively cut off oil and gas to the west. Shouldn't we be blaming the west for the energy problem. It doesn't appear to be bothering the government or the energy companies too much though.

Published

By

Watch as Will Kensington expresses concern about the state of the UK, arguing that Downing Street is no longer a place of power but has instead become Britain’s most expensive Airbnb.

This comes as Andy Burnham is set to become the UK’s seventh Prime Minister in a decade, with seemingly no one challenging the “King of the North” for the country’s top job.
