THE ONLY THING BORIS IS GOOD AT IS GETTING AS MANY WOMAN PREGNANT AS HE CAN ,GOD THERE MUST BE SOME DESPERATE WOMAN ABOUT .

Well its denial. If we say it enough people will believe it. That's what Johnson believes. The figures of course paint an entirely different picture. Everyday people know this because we have to live with them. No amount of back slapping will cover up the cost of the energy crisis,petrol crisis, food crisis need I go on. Boris has got to go and pronto.

Boris is pulling a psychological trick. He used to do similar as Mayor.
What he's said will get into the head of bad businesses. People do actually know when they need to improve. Of course they'll never publicly admit that they aren't a great business.
After initial anger and moaning! Thoughts of I'll show him will happen. They'll proceed to pull their socks up.

Don't know why employers are belly aching about this. It's a pretty marginal increase in the minimum wage and they still have several loopholes they can use to not pay it.

Bonkers Boris and his cabinet are total failures. Experts know how to create the future easy as there are 400 plus technologies in there infancy and combined create a super technology future using modular electronics which should be taught in colleges and schools. It's easy to invent the future using modular systems and applying it to those 400 technologies. Bonkers is a clown who who should be a comedian not a prime minister, he missed his calling. Hahaha.

Increase minimum wage. Companies have to pay more from profits. Companies want to keep margins. The increase in minimum wage is cancelled out as cost of living increases.
Skilled workers don’t get pay rise. But cost of living goes up.
Who loses out? The ones who tried or the ones who didn’t give a f*ck
@jamescaley9942

It is cost of living as much as wages. BoJo is just trying to make a virtue out of necessity like the shortage of HGV drivers. What would happen if we increased wages right now? The first thing would be rents would go up where housing is in short supply.

What's happening now is you'll get bad businesses coming out crying. And moaning.
Now the message is out there Boris is forcing their hand to pay better and treat workers with more respect. Have better working conditions etc
Good businesses aren't worried they're already doing these things.

Trouble with all these increases to the minimum wage is that the middle wages don't go up equivalent to that. I'm a gas engineer on £16 an hour. Why would I want to keep risking a prison sentence for a mistake at work when I can mop a floor in McDonald's for Kier Starmers £15 an hour 🤷♂️

Should never have allowed benefit dependant EU citizens to remain in the UK, business needs to invest in automation and higher skilled jobs boosting productivity

£10 minimum wage feels about right. Especially given the tories inhumane tax increase.
