Kemi Badenoch is left stunned by the staggering sum she claims the benefits bill is set to rise by under Burnham’s tenure as Prime Minister.

Badenoch told the Commons that the increase could reach £32 billion, as she and Burnham continued to clash over the Government’s defence spending plans.
