Similar breaches by OpenAI and Anthropic models have raised cyber-security concerns and prompted calls for tougher safeguards and more rigorous testing. Adam discusses with Professor Gina Neff, Head of the Minderoo Centre for Technology and Democracy at the University of Cambridge and Ciaran Martin – Former CEO of The National Security Centre.

And the majority of England’s rivers and lakes have failed a new environmental review. Data from the Environment Agency shows only around one in seven are classed as being in good ecological condition. Officials in Russia and Ukraine have both reported deaths and injuries following attacks.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said the country’s military had hit two Russian oil refineries in “long-range” attacks.

Russia’s Yaroslav region has counted four injured in an attack on the Slavneft-Yanos oil refinery after huge clouds of smoke were seen over the city.

Russia’s regional governor in Yaroslavl called it the “largest ever attack by enemy drones”, saying 93 drones had been destroyed, but oil storage tanks had been hit by falling debris.

Across Russia, the military said it had intercepted and destroyed 605 Ukrainian drones in multiple regions, including Yaroslavl.

In Ukraine, officials said three people had been killed in a Russian drone attack on a residential area.

At least seven people have died after a teenage boy allegedly shot his grandparents and some teachers at a school in Nonthaburi on the outskirts of Thailand’s capital Bangkok.

The 14-year-old suspected shooter is also dead, authorities say.

More than 30 people have been injured with nine of them “severely injured”, according to Thailand’s prime minister Anutin Charnvirakul.

This is the second school shooting in Thailand this year – despite restrictions on ownership, people can acquire guns here with relative ease.
