1. Crochet 8 classic granny squares.
2. Lay them down as shown.
3. Join them using any joining method of your choice. I used the flat slip stitch.
4. Join the sides.
5. Add two rounds of single crochet at the top (ie the opening).
6. Make two i-cord handles. YT tutorial: Play hooky with me .
7. Sew the handles (to the either ends) on the top of the bag.
