Vintage in Pills CHANEL Spring 2002 Couture Paris – Fashion Channel

Presented in a specially constructed glasshouse within Paris’ Tuileries Gardens, Chanel’s Spring/Summer 2002 Haute Couture collection by Karl Lagerfeld explored the house’s signature elegance through a refined palette of black, blush pink, cream, and camellia tones.

Tailored coat-dresses, bouclé coats, tunics, and delicately embroidered gowns combined classic couture techniques with modern construction, while layered silhouettes revealed unexpected details through contrasting linings, chiffon bibs, and organza overlays. Floral embroidery, sequined embellishments, and soft pleating enhanced the romantic atmosphere, culminating in a dramatic bridal look adorned with cascading pink chiffon petals beneath a sheer organza veil.
