DNA teleportation is quite a complicated topic, so in order to understand it, one must first understand water memory. In order to do this, he diluted a solution of human antibodies in water to such a degree that there was virtually no possibility that even a single molecule of the original antibodies remained within the solution; it was diluted by several thousand times to guarantee this.
