DNA teleportation is quite a complicated topic, so in order to understand it, one must first understand water memory. While the two are not related, they are similar in premise, and therefore it helps to understand one in order to understand the other. Water memory is the claim that water can retain ‘a memory’ of substances dissolved within it, no matter how many dilutions it goes through. This idea was popularized by Jacques Benveniste, when he and his team of scientists at the National Institute of Health and Medical Research in France wanted to demonstrate the plausibility of homeopathic remedies. In order to do this, he diluted a solution of human antibodies in water to such a degree that there was virtually no possibility that even a single molecule of the original antibodies remained within the solution; it was diluted by several thousand times to guarantee this.
