Everybody likes chat items, nowadays because of punchy, tangy taste and likes chatpata taste. There are more varieties in chat but a common favourite people think that chat items are punchy and perfect only in street or restaurant. But those items can be done at our home kitchen to surprise our family members. so today I am going to show you the preparation of some chats and this will be a surprise menu for your family. Come let’s see some perfect chat items from chutney to garnish of the chat. This is a long video, but we can see stage by stage interestingly.

Ingredients Qty
Mint 50 gm
coriander 75 gm
Green chilli 1no
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Garlic 4 cloves
Mango 2 tbs
Chat masala 1/4 tsp
Jeera powder 1/4 tsp
Salt To taste
Saunth chutney
Ingredients Qty
Tamarind 50 gm
Jaggery 100 gm
Carrum seeds 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1/2 tbs
Dates 1/2 cup
Fennel powder 1/4 tsp
ginger powder 1/4 tsp
Sweet curd
Ingredients Qty
Curd 800 gm
Icing sugar 4 tbs
Cream 3 tbs
