7. You do NOT have to poop every day to be healthy.
Bowel frequency varies widely between people. In general, anywhere from about 3 bowel movements a week to 3 a day can fall within a healthy range.
👉 What matters most is your usual pattern and whether you’re passing stools comfortably.

Blood in your stool, persistent changes in bowel habits, unexplained weight loss, or ongoing abdominal pain deserve medical evaluation.
👉 Don’t ignore persistent changes just because you’re still “going.”
