Launch of Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin rocket postponed | BBC News
The launch of Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin rocket has been postponed due to a “vehicle subsystem issue”.
The reusable rocket had been due to set off from Florida, but was delayed multiple times.
Bezos has plans for his company to become a rival to Elon Musk’s SpaceX and the rocket, New Glenn, is named after John Glenn, the first American to orbit Earth.

US President Donald Trump says he would offer every adult American a $5,000 payout if Republicans win both chambers of Congress in November’s midterm elections.

The UK had to “call out” Israeli settlement activity in the West Bank before it was “too late” to save the two-state solution, the foreign secretary has said.
Ed Milliband has announced the UK would ban the import of goods from Israeli settlements in the illegally occupied West Bank.
Israel has built around 160 settlements housing 700,000 people since then, despite all Israeli settlements in the West Bank being illegal under international law. Around 3.3 million Palestinians live alongside them.
Israel has responded with four “counter-measures” against the UK – including the closure of the UK consulate in Jerusalem, which is expected to shut in the next 30 days.
