How to get noticed in today’s job market – BBC News
Haider had been working as a delivery driver while applying for banking jobs following his degree in Business and Finance.
He decided to take a different approach to finding his dream job. He set up a stall offering copies of his CV outside Canary Wharf tube station at the heart of London’s banking hub.
Within hours he was invited for a job interview and he was going viral on Linked In.
A few days after setting up his stall Haider was offered a the position of Treasury Assistant.

But for many, that promise now feels more complicated.
From students leaning on chatbots to write essays… to graduates sending out hundreds of AI-assisted job applications — only to be filtered out by algorithms on the other side — artificial intelligence is no longer a future story.
