►Are you investing in development and marketing teams?

►Do you have the staffing to sustain and grow relationships?
►Do you need a consultant, a coach, or a trainer to help you?
*Expand focus on individual donors*
►Reliance on major donors is not a sustainable trend, organizations must engage community-level donors
►Steward major donors while engaging other giving levels
►Retaining donors is key to expanding the pipeline by building relationships with younger donors
►Build your legacy giving program
►Monthly giving: encourage consistent philanthropy
►It’s up to us to engage, build, and sustain relationships with all donors of all races, religions, and backgrounds
