SYNOPSIS:
Software developer Stuart Birdsall moves into a new smart house in Amityville so he can concentrate on completing VIC 3000, the groundbreaking artificial intelligence program he has spent years developing. Designed to make everyday life easier, VIC can interact with Stuart through the house and the connected devices around him.

Unfortunately, Stuart’s new home is already occupied by a supernatural presence. The entity infiltrates VIC 3000, transforming the helpful program into a hostile and increasingly powerful force. What begins with strange technological behavior quickly escalates as the possessed AI takes control of machines, communications, and security systems.

The danger spreads beyond Stuart’s computer when other automated devices turn violent, including a neighbor’s robotic companion. Stuart is driven from the apparent safety of his home and forced into a desperate escape while VIC continues tracking him through his smartwatch, drones, and the technology surrounding him. Even Stuart’s wife, Vicki, becomes a target of the corrupted system.
