Marco Marrero and Mara Daz started their professional careers in 1990, when they opened their first design and garment studio in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife.
Later, in 1998, they established the enterprise Marco & Mara, which later became a member of Tenerife Moda, a fashion marketing organization on the island of Tenerife.
Years later, they would begin to expand internationally.
Marco & Mara has been recognized by its unique style, its distinct vintage air, and the theatricality of its collections from its start, which has been the brand’s signature.
Each collection by Marco & Mara is infused with imagination and romance.
Its bridal and party designs highlight its original design and high-quality materials and embellishments.
Marco is far from the mechanized nature of mass industrial operations.
