“Godrej Food Trends Report” se mera purana rishta hai

Last year, I was in Mumbai at the amazing launch of GFTR 2025 🙂

This year, early in April, Rushina jee called me to ask if I would want to do a workshop on Reel Storytelling. The kind of what we do & how we do.

Workshop ka naam tha “Digital Tadka : Cracking the Code to Chatpata Content Creation”

It was supposed to be part of an event “Tasting India Culinary Conversations” that was happening on 25th April @ Kunzum Book Shop in GK, Delhi.

The only issue was that I was landing the same morning after a 15 Day trip to New York and Atlanta.

Will my Flight be on time? Will I be jet-lagged? Will I have enough time to prepare a Decent Presentation? Bas yehi saare khyaal dimaag mein the.

Par then hum Khatro ke Khilari hai aur Yaaro ke yaar bhi. So We said, yes aayenge aur acche se karenge.

Meanwhile, Sourish Sir was curating a session, “Measured Words V/s The Viral Bytes” that same evening and wanted me on the Panel.

Unko bhi haan kar di.

Suhani se baat hui and ek bariya si PPT teyarr kar li. Socha kuch chatpata Practical bhi kiya jaaye, so we arranged for 10 plates of Kuliya ki chaat so everyone could make a Reel on the spot while using their learnings from the session.

Happy to say ki woh 2 Hours 30 Mins ki Workshop mein ek bhi Dull Moment nahi aaya.

Workshop ke baad panel shuru hua, and it was moderated by Rajesh Tara jee. My fellow Panellists were Ayandrali Dutta jee, Triya Gulati jee, and Pawan Soni Bhai. We had some roaring discussions ki kahaan se chale the, kahaan tak aa gaye hai, and kidhar jayenge. Both with regard to traditional media and social media. Also, most importantly, ki “Kis me Kitna hai Dum”

We disagreed on a few things, but agreed that there is no alternative to
Hard Work
Evolving
Being honest
Being Consistent
And most of all, Mantaining The Trust of the Readers/Viewers

I am proud of myself. After 20 hours of travel and 3 hours of sleep, ghar par, I was able to do my bit in a good Way.
