Disgusting country and shameful club. Ashley was awful but this is a new low. The club have been bought with blood money. The fans wearing the scarves and waving that fog is a depressing sight. It’s funny how people will sell their morals for a game of football.

No Murphy we need players who are good but aren’t getting game time, not loans. You don’t rebuild a team with loans 😂

    January 27, 2024 at 12:10 pm

They have to remember the toons squad is 700million behind the top teams. They should be looking at the likes of loftus cheek. Ander herrera, harry winks. Tomori from ac milan. Barkley players like that

  16. @jordannufcfan

    January 27, 2024 at 12:10 pm

This is why Danny Murphy fucking sucks as a pundit. Loan signings? Are you kidding me. Ashley is gone we should not have to go for loan signings

It's 2 and a half months to January. Don't you think our entire transfer policy will be massively affected by our league position then, not now? One minute they say Bruce should be given the job, next they assume we will be bottom regardless. It's unbelievably stupid. The new owners are clearly more diligent and will prepare for every eventuality with a plethora of options should the need arise. The situation could be completely different then. We could spend £600m and still be within FFP, but then not be able to sign anyone for some time. Lots of decisions to make and when. Lots of uncertainty. The immediate need is to remove Bruce and the toxic atmosphere (which will not change), and steady the ship.
