Exponentially growing fraud and cyber crimes will become pandemic unless banks implement systems invented to personalise signature, pin and passwords to the individuals so criminals would not obtain these personal details and misuse them the way they are doing now.
Government, courts, police and the public should hold banks liable for these losses since they are not implementing proposed honesty systems to stop these crimes.
