Angelo Tarlazzi first opened its doors in 1977.
Angelo Tarlazzi launched his own ready-to-wear collection the following year, and his first show was staged at an art gallery.
His evening gowns, which were simple sequined dresses that were pulled over the head like T-shirts, were seen at all the trendy parties, and every publication praised his fabric as supple, feminine, and colorful.
He is often referred to as the most Parisian of the Italian designers, and he understands how to create silks that are both playful and sensual, with abundant proportions.
