When in the 1950s Great Britain refused to join the EEC it had to backtrack in the 1970s when it could not get out of a severe economic crisis. He had to sprinkle ashes on his head and humble himself to enter. After that I stay there for exclusive interest and not because he felt part of Europe. It is known that those who do not learn from their own history are condemned to relive it.

In 2020, Britain woke up in an island. One day he'll understand that it's just an island, very proud, but still an island. Its economy is that of an island… That's why it doesn't have enough fruit and vegetables in its supermarkets. Gradually its physical and geographical condition will become more and more evident.

I first thought this is a parody, but no, this funny man … I agree with the last sentence "Brexit is a gift that will keep on giving" – Right, to the EU and taking – from the UK, which will become weaker every week. So everybody enjoy.🤣😂

The Great British isles will always be a symbol that no fool will ever understand
we are the strength of earth
    the centre point
    the heart and the engine

and like the mighty oak.. we protect and shelter and provide for all
this is a land of warriors and heroes.. and legends
it will always be this way.. from the beginnings of time
    and forever eternal

No fool will defeat this great nation.. they are having a laugh
    fooling their own foolish minds
    Let them test theirselves
    and entertain us
    the useless jesters they are

Is the COST OF LIVING KILLING Britain’s birth rate?

Is the cost of living killing Britain’s birth rate?

GB News presenter Miriam Cates is in Brighton to speak to the public about why the UK’s birth rate is plummeting.

Researchers said soaring house prices and shrinking living space were increasingly stopping Britons from having the number of children they actually want. The stark warning comes as Britain’s fertility rate has slumped to a record low of just 1.41 children per woman – far below the level needed to sustain the population.

Experts say the steep decline is altering the age structure of the country, which is threatening long-term economic growth and placing an unsustainable financial burden on public services. At the same time, more than eight in ten Britons say the cost and availability of family homes is making it harder for people to marry and start families, according to the research published by the Family Education Trust.

Nearly three-quarters said the type and size of housing available had a major impact on decisions about having children. And almost two-thirds said improving access to affordable family-sized housing would encourage more people to marry and have children.

Suella Braverman has issued a damning verdict on Andy Burnham’s suggestion that Britain could “go all the way” and rejoin the EU.

Speaking to Katherine Forster, GB News’ Chief Political Correspondent, on Chopper’s Political Podcast, Mrs Braverman said the Prime Minister has “never respected Brexit and he actually wants to undo it”.

She slammed his words as “an affront to democracy” and “a slap in the face to British patriots”.

Nigel Farage has hit out at Rachel Reeves as the Reform UK leader set out his vision for helping businesses in Britain.

Speaking at a press conference, the Reform UK leader said he feared for the future of small business, saying: ‘Everything about this Budget will be to attack hard work, attack saving, attack aspiration.

‘But if Rachel Reeves does make changes to dividend income… I fear the flight of business, the lack of investment in this country will get significantly worse.’
