I've been struggling to eat eggs while pregnant and oh my gosh this recipe is awesome! I had to cook it a little longer to cook the eggs all the way through and I topped it with some hot sauce.
I used a ramekin so I could make single serving portions. Thank you for the recipe!!

No porque uses chiles jalapeños, frijoles y tortillas obtienes comida mexicana.

I just tried this recipe. Really happy with it. I wanted a quick and healthy dinner. Had all the ingredients. I added a big tablespoon of fresh guacamole on serving as well as throwing a whole load of chopped coriander.
Really tasty. Definitely good for a weekend lunch.

Your tortillas look awful. Toast them under fire 10 seconds each side to make them pliable and use so damn avocado oil. My grandma would smack your head before she gives this to the stray dogs. 🤧
