The EU is committing economical suicide. Especially Germany, the industrial machine of Europe. What does that mean? Poverty and the end of welfare state. Geniuses!

The EU are choosing not to purchase Russian Gas. The Gas supply has not been cut off. Get the facts straight.

All of you talking about how bad it is that Germany is buying oil from Russia. Is your gas less “evil”? Oh because the Saudis are much better, right? Democracy, human rights, Yemen? Oh no no no one wants to talk about that. Hypocrites! It makes me sick. Be self sufficient then. Dig more for you oil. Pollute your own countries. I don’t care. Until you are clean from “evil” oil please shut up.

Eat more sauerkraut, drink more bier. That will solve gas crisis.

You can only do the cut off supply once because within a matter of years your customers will find alternatives.

We are totally reliant on Saudi Arabia for oil and Abu Dhabi for gas neither of whom have the greatest human rights record but these brutal dictators are our brutal dictators so that's okay .This conflict in the Ukraine has nothing to do with democracy of freedom it's about commodities and access to and control of them . "Why did the US orchestrate a coup d’état in Kiev, oppose federalism and instead support a “unitary” state in the Ukraine? Because the US Government wanted to completely control the Ukraine; to rupture relations between the Ukraine and Russia ; to install NATO bases and offensive missiles in the Ukraine, including a take over of the naval base of the Russia Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, Crimea; to take over shale gas fields and agricultural land in the Ukraine; and to foment Islamic extremism in the North Caucasus – all with the ultimate goal of overthrowing President of Russia Vladimir Putin – and that, to achieve these goals, the US is willing to fight to the last Ukranian What is more the truth behind Bucha needs further examination. The supposed crime that justified the US 2014 coup was not quite what you were told. The hidden truth about Ukraine and the US involvement in the maidan Square Massacre .The American Army was directly involved in the murders. The clear objective of the Maidan massacre in Kiev on February 20, 2014 was to sow chaos and reap the fall of the democratically elected, pro-Russian Yanukovych government.

Blame Merkel for this horrific war; you never, ever trust or trade with the devil, which Putin is.
Footnote: Merkel was born in what was East Germany.

    January 22, 2024 at 1:56 pm

Well given all the Russian gas is piped through the Ukraine to Germany, what's to stop them getting sick of Germany funding the war, doing little to help them and cutting them off themselves?

  22. @mrtomcruise5192

USA knows exactly what it is doing. They know this will put Europe under USA control, both economically and militarily as almost all EU countries are occupied by US military bases. USA will effectively have captured Europe without a fight.
