   Bullying is a form of cowardice. Bosses belittling staff is the lowest form of management, It can become a habit. And destructive by people with a veneer of respectability. These people have obviously never experienced calculated,selective aggressiveness. from their boss.    I don’t think that Winston Churchill pussy footed about, but he got things done when the country needed it. Unless there are targeted personal attacks these hyper sensitive people need to consider: is it a personal attack, or is it their way of communicating? As an addition, I think the likes of Gina Miller are perfectly capable of standing up for herself.

    Believe it or not people can be harsh, uncompromising, and a little bit brutal in their manner and way of operating and still be a decent, honest, and friendly person; it is perfectly possible and actually quite a common phenomenon in life generally. It's not unusual for someone to be a bit of a bastard in a specific context to someone, but be a good and respectful person in general towards the same person they've been a bit of a bastard to in that specific context. The witchhunt behaviour of the cancel culture mob is the behaviour we should actually be concerned about. It is that behaviour which is the most offensive, because it is the most truly sinister in terms of its intent.

    Spare the rod and spoil the child has been proven beyond any shadow of doubt with today's generation.. There are spoiled brats who cannot take anyone saying no to them.. They want to silence anyone who disagrees with them.. There has to be consequences for bad behaviour beyond understanding and pampering.. They need to learn respect.. They disrespect and run rings around their teachers.. This everyone gets a prize or something for nothing policy schools have is utter stupidity which creates an attitude of unearned entitlement.. Our children's minds have been poisoned by this creeping wokeness which has infected every single area of our children's education..

    On Question Time, Ella was doggedly brave and strong in highlighting the falsehood that one can change sex. The Scottish MSP would not designate the sex of Alex Graham/Isla Bryson, at Ella's request, except to call the offender a rapist. This highlighted the importance of asking is there any circumstances when a transgender woman is not?
